The Service is a market intelligence platform that aggregates, scores, and monitors empty leg flight opportunities from third-party charter operators. We do not operate aircraft, sell flights, or act as a charter broker. All flight bookings are completed directly with the operating charter company.
3. Accuracy of Information
We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate and up-to-date information. However, empty leg availability, pricing, aircraft type, and schedules are subject to change without notice by the operating charter companies. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any listing displayed on the platform.
Market ratings and scores are algorithmic estimates based on publicly available data and should not be construed as financial or aviation advice.
4. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate and current information when creating an account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
5. Membership and Payments
Paid membership tiers are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.
6. Prohibited Use
You may not: (a) scrape, crawl, or automatically extract data from the Service; (b) resell or redistribute data obtained from the Service; (c) interfere with the operation of the Service; (d) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (e) impersonate another person or entity.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, design, scoring algorithms, and data compilations on the Service are the property of Empty Leg Index and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Flight listing data is sourced from third-party operators and remains their property.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to losses related to flight bookings made through third-party operators linked from our platform.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Empty Leg Index, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these terms.
10. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users. Continued use of the Service after modifications constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
