What does Pro add?
Two things that cost us real money to run: unlimited chat with the AI Concierge (powered by Claude) and instant SMS alerts (carrier fees). Pro members also get priority human support when they're ready to book.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Pro is month-to-month (or annual) with no long-term commitment. Cancel anytime from your account settings — you'll keep access through the end of your billing period.
What happens when my subscription renews?
Subscriptions renew automatically. You'll receive an email before each renewal. You can switch between monthly and annual billing at any time.
